COMMISSION POLICY


PAYMENT

You, the client, agree to pay 25% of the commission quote total once the commission order has been confirmed by the Artist through a Paypal Invoice as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE. This fee must be paid within 1 to 2 business days of the Invoice in order to proceed with the Commission. The Artist agrees to update you (the Client) in a timely manner throughout the process and address any questions. The rest of the commission price (75%) will be paid within FIFTEEN (15) business days of the Invoice. If you do not comply with this agreement, the Artist will terminate the Commission Process immediately.


DELIVERY & UPDATES

I, the artist, will begin working on your commission request as soon as you, the client, submit the completed Commission Form and pay the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE. A general timeline is as follows:

  1. Sketches: Initial concept sketches submitted for your approval,
  2. Line Art: Clean up of the approved sketch,
  3. Colors I: First layers of colors to determine the palette,
  4. Colors II: Modeling and Refining colors,
  5. Delivery & Shipment

Depending on the commission type and size, this process can take up to 8 to 14 business days.


USAGE

I, the artist, retain the rights to the artwork produced. You may use the art for personal use as long as I am visibly credited (attribution). If you are interested in gaining the rights to the images for commercial purposes, you must contact me through email and pay an additional fee.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I do not feel comfortable with it or its themes. I will notify you of this before canceling the job request.

I will cancel & I will refund your commission at any time BEFORE the final delivery if you are not happy with the work. I reserve the right to publish my work on my website, blog and social media as I see fit. Please let me know if there is a PUBLISH DATE in advance.
